As online marketplaces evolved and platforms like Catch and MySale closed, we transitioned to an independent storefront — Sunnies Deal — allowing us to serve customers directly, expand our product range, offer better pricing, and ensure a smoother shopping experience.

Today, Sunnies Deal continues the same proven model: offering 100% genuine, brand-new designer eyewear at true outlet pricing. Our products are sourced from authorised distributors and established wholesale partners, focusing on past-season collections, retailer overstock, and clearance ranges.

Sunnies Deal is an independent Australian retailer and is not affiliated with or authorised by any of the brands we stock. All brand names and trademarks are used solely to identify genuine products.

2. Use of Website

All products sold by Sunnies Deal are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised distributors or long-standing wholesale partners.
Each item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure authenticity and quality.

If any product is proven not to be authentic, Sunnies Deal will issue a full refund immediately upon return of the item.


4. Pricing and Availability

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We strive to ensure all prices and product information are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and either cancel or adjust your order with your consent.

Product availability is subject to change. Items placed in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.


5. Shipping Policy

Free & Flat-Rate Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75.

  • Orders under $75 incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

  • Some items sourced through our wholesale partner network may require 3–4 additional business days for stock transfer and inspection.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

International:

  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–14 business days after dispatch).

Dispatch Delays

Occasional delays may occur during peak seasons, promotions, or supplier restocking. Orders fulfilled through partner warehouses may take up to 3–4 additional business days.

Split Orders

If your order contains items with different processing times, we may ship them together once all items are ready. Split shipments can be arranged upon request and may incur extra delivery fees.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Delivery Responsibility

Once dispatched, Sunnies Deal is not liable for courier delays, weather impacts, customs issues, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us following unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.


6. Returns & Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We offer 14-day change-of-mind returns from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in resellable condition

  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories (case, cloth, inserts, tags)

  • Free from marks, scratches, or damage

Return shipping for change-of-mind is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees (including those waived for free shipping) are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items are guaranteed authentic. If proven otherwise, a full refund will be issued once the product is returned.

Luxury Item Verification

For select luxury eyewear:

  • Each item is photographed and recorded by serial number before shipping.

  • Returned items must match the recorded condition and serial code to be eligible for refund or exchange.

This ensures product integrity and protects against tampering or substitution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Products showing wear, damage, or signs of use

  • Items missing included contents

  • Final Sale / Clearance items marked non-returnable

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • You’ll receive confirmation once the refund is complete
