Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns

We offer 14-day change-of-mind returns from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in resellable condition

  • Returned in original packaging with all contents included (cases, cloths, inserts, tags, and accessories)

  • Free from marks, damage, or signs of wear

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (including orders that qualified for free shipping).

 


 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

Authenticity Guarantee

All sunglasses sold by Sunnies Deal are 100% genuine.

If any item is proven not to be authentic, a full refund will be issued immediately once the item has been returned.

 


 

Luxury Item Verification

For select luxury sunglasses, each item is individually verified prior to dispatch.

Serial numbers and product condition are photographed and recorded in our internal system before shipping.

Returned luxury items must match the original serial code and recorded condition at the time of dispatch to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

This process ensures authenticity and protects our customers against product substitution or tampering.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing contents

  • Items not in resellable condition

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or use after delivery

  • Clearance items marked Final Sale

 


 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed
