Shipping policy

We aim to get your sunglasses to you as quickly as possible.

In-stock items Most products are held in our own stock and ready to go. In-stock orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase, with delivery typically taking:

• Metro areas: within 7 business days of dispatch

• Regional/other areas: please allow additional transit time

Supplier-fulfilled items Some items are sourced directly from our supplier and are not held in our own warehouse. These orders may take up to 10 business days for delivery. If an item you've ordered falls into this category, we'll let you know as part of your order confirmation.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control. We'll always do our best to keep you updated if there's a delay.
