FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75.

Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Most orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

To offer a wider range of genuine designer eyewear at outlet pricing, some items are supplied through our trusted wholesale partner network. When applicable, these orders may require an additional 3–4 business days processing time before dispatch to allow for stock transfer, quality inspection, and preparation for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

 

 

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and do not include processing time:

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

International

Dispatch Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur during peak sales periods, promotional events, public holidays, or product restocking cycles. Orders requiring fulfilment through our supplier network may experience dispatch delays of up to 3–4 business days before entering transit.

 

 

Split Orders

If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready. If available, customers may request split shipment, which may incur additional delivery charges.

 

 

Tracking

All dispatched orders include tracking which will be emailed once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active within the courier network.

 

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, Sunnies Deal is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or local delivery disruptions.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout as Sunnies Deal cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

 

 

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

Orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address details may incur reshipping fees before re-dispatch.
